“There were so many days when nothing was new in my life. One question I used to ask myself is why I am alive. Alcohol and depression were my companions in those days. It all happened because of my broken heart, shattered dreams, and those people whom I trusted the most. One day the new dawn came and I reclaimed my life back with new hopes. My family and friends were the biggest support system in that hardship. I found my joy and peace in the Body Building. That’s why every single day I am passionate and dedicated for the bodybuilding.” proudly says, Filgith Ramesh

“There are key important things needed for a bodybuilder to become a champion or to build fitness for the long run like working out regularly, eating healthy food, stress-free mind, and stay motivated. Whatever I am today I am because of my coaches and parents. Coach plays a most important role to achieve at a higher level because they know where to start, what to use, and what you can do. I don’t build the body to show off, to fight with people, or create fear & violence in society. I am a human being with a simple mind and take pride in what I have achieved so far.” Filgith Ramesh concludes.
